Elizabeth D Klein

Elizabeth (Beth) Klein has been associated with the firm since 2002. Beth graduated with High Honors from Michigan State University in 1981, and graduated from the Detroit College of Law in 1984. Since that time, she has worked as a trial lawyer in the field of personal injury litigation.

Beth is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the State of Michigan, and the U.S. District Court of of the Eastern District of Michigan. She now is responsible for the oversight and management of the Sam Bernstein Law Firm's pre-suit department. Beth is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Beth is married and the mother of two children.  She is a member of Congregation Temple Emanu-El. Beth is active with the local Youth Hockey Program, where her son plays hockey and her husband coaches.  Her hobbies include reading and traveling.
