Samuel I Bernstein

Attorney Sam Bernstein, as a member of the Ohio Bar, champions the cause of the victims of Ohio dog attacks and clients with serious personal injury claims.

Sam carries on the tradition of his father, attorney Mandell Bernstein who served the Detroit community as a leading member of both the legal and civic communities. Sam was raised in Detroit and attended Mumford High School. He attended Michigan State University where he graduated with a B.A. in education and political science. After college, Sam received a J.D. at Wayne State University in Detroit.

Almost four decades ago, he established his own practice in Michigan.  Today, his firm maintains an active personal injury practice in Ohio as well. The firm boasts an exceptional team of legal professionals dedicated to client service in Ohio.

Sam has been a frequent lecturer on personal injury rights at law schools, bar associations, and community organizations.  He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and New York.
